Step 1: Your Evaluation and Personalized Plan
When you reach out, our Clinical Team will carefully review your situation to make sure we’re the right fit for your recovery. If we are, we’ll schedule an intake assessment within 24 hours, where we’ll talk with you about:
- Your symptoms and history with drugs or alcohol
- Any medical or mental health conditions
- Legal background, if any
- A full ASAM assessment to understand what level of care you need
- Your safety and wellness
Based on what we learn, we’ll help you choose the best program for your recovery whether that’s Inpatient care or Inpatient with Medical Detox, a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), or an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
We’ll also walk you through payment options and answer any questions about insurance or private pay.
Step 2: Admission Screening and Detox
When you arrive, we’ll do a drug and alcohol screening. If substances are still in your system, we’ll talk with you about beginning medical detox right away.
Detox is the process of helping your body safely clear out drugs or alcohol. You won’t go through it alone. Our medical team will be with you the whole time, making sure you’re as comfortable and safe as possible.
Step 3: Your Custom Treatment Plan
Once you’re admitted, our team of therapists, doctors, and other specialists will build a treatment plan just for you. That plan might include:
- Detox and medication support
- Mental health and behavioral therapy
- Physical wellness and exercise programs
- Support from peers and family involvement We check in regularly to update your plan and make sure it’s working for you.
Step 4: Orientation and Settling In
We want you to feel confident and supported from day one. That’s why we give you a welcome package and walk you through everything you need to know, including:
- What your daily schedule will look like
- What’s expected from you and what you can expect from us
- Safety and emergency information
- All the support services available to help you along the way
Step 5: Planning for Your Future from the Start
We start thinking about your future the day you walk in. Our team will help you begin discharge planning right away, so when your time with us comes to an end, you’ll have a strong plan for what comes next. We’ll work together to:
- Find the right aftercare providers
- Build a solid support network
- Keep your plan updated as you grow in recovery
