The Mindful Recovery Retreat invites clients, alumni, and community members into a full-day journey of presence, peace, and personal connection.

Set in a calm, natural environment, the retreat offers guided meditation, trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness journaling, and small-group discussions focused on emotional regulation and self-awareness. Every part of the day is designed to help participants reconnect with themselves in a safe, supportive space.

Guests begin the morning by grounding their breath and intention through guided stillness practices. Throughout the day, creative healing activities like art therapy and breathwork offer outlets for expression and renewal. Alumni and guest speakers share lived experiences and insights, inspiring others with honest, hopeful conversations around recovery.

Nourishing meals and light refreshments are served to support physical wellness, while quiet zones and reflection areas offer space to rest and reset. Whether someone joins a breakout group or simply walks the grounds in peace, the retreat holds space for every kind of healing.
