Who Is This Program For?
The IOP is ideal for individuals who:
- Do not require 24/7 supervision but still need structured, intensive support
- Are stepping down from detox or residential care
- Have work, school, or family responsibilities they must maintain during treatment
- Are experiencing substance use and/or co-occurring mental health disorders
- Are ready to begin applying recovery tools in their real-world environment
Key Features & Benefits
Clients enrolled in our IOP benefit from:
- 3 to 4 hours of therapy per day, 3 to 5 days per week
- Evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing
- Individual therapy for personalized goal setting and emotional support
- Group therapy for peer connection, shared learning, and community building
- Family involvement opportunities (with client consent)
- Flexible scheduling to support life outside of treatment
- Medication management and psychiatric services for clients on psychiatric medications
- Connection to adjunctive therapies as clinically appropriate, such as EMDR, TMS, or yoga therapy
